She has a great knowledge of the area. She combines that with attentiveness to your wants and needs. Together you go see listings that you picked out. Along the way she suggests listings based on your interactions. She was generous with her time. We ended up getting a place she suggested. It was in an area we did not even think about but it checked everything our list.
